Job Title: IT Specialist Senior - Biomedical Sector

CPL & Taylor by Synergos Srl is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist Senior to join our team in Sommacampagna, Italy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP S/4HANA system, and providing technical assistance to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the company's IT infrastructure, including the SAP S/4HANA system.
  • Provide technical support to staff, resolving issues and implementing new solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
  • Monitor and coordinate the ticketing system, working with the Help Desk and external Application Maintenance services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a structured production environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
