We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our concierge team in Perugia. As a Private Estate Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our high-end clients, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the organization of extra services for our guests
- Coordinating logistics and arrangements for activities and excursions
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns
