Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in North/Center East Italy. As a key member of our Industrial Gases Division, you'll be responsible for organizing, planning, managing, and growing sales of our products in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Industrial Gases market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including end-users, OEMs, distributors, EPCs, MROs, installers, and engineering firms.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers, leveraging your expertise in compressed air purification, technical gases filtration, and industrial liquid filtration.
  • Optimize sales and profit performance in line with company policy and long-term objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to expand our presence and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Mechanics or Electro-Mechanics or equivalent through experience.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in industrial sales, preferably in the Industrial Gases market.
  • Strong technical knowledge of compressed air and gas purification, as well as industrial liquid filtration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
