Junior Process Engineer

Midsummer Italia S.r.l. is seeking a talented Junior Process Engineer to join our team in Bari, Italy. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production systems deliver high performance with good stability.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Applied Physics Engineering. You will be passionate about technology development and have a clear understanding of technology. Strong analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical hands-on work on DUO-machines
- Theoretical work with data analysis and statistics
- Ensuring production systems deliver high performance with good stability
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering
- Passionate about technology development
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident about working both hands-on and theoretically
- Minimum C1 level of English
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge in semiconductor technology, vacuum technology, and data analysis
- Experience in working with statistics
Working Conditions:
- Full-time contract
- English language required
- 25% travel required
