Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Expert to join our team in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- To conduct audits to identify risks and provide recommendations for improvement
- To evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes
- To develop and implement audit plans to address identified risks
- To maintain accurate and detailed records of audit findings and recommendations
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Economics or Finance from a reputable university
- At least 5 years of experience in audit and banking
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills (C1-C2 level)
- Familiarity with IT systems and data analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
