- Communicate effectively with the child's parents regarding daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise
- Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare
- Fluency in both English and Italian
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- First aid and CPR certification
