We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Technician to join our team at Stryker Italia S.r.l. in Formello. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Stryker equipment, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily workload within the workshop to meet demand plans and customer needs with minimal supervision
- Ensure that all repairs are evaluated and completed in a timely manner
- Work with the Customer Services Department to schedule the quality checking of all capital equipment
- Respond to customer and internal queries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- Provide reporting and documentation on all aspects of work within the workshop
- Assist with ERP data entry, quoting, and repair of customer equipment
- Maintain technical competency through regular and frequent attendance at appropriate courses of further vocational study and continuing professional development
- Ensure that Health & Safety standards and requirements are met at all times by the Supplier, its employees, servants, and agents
- Fluent in Local Language as well as minimum level of English
- Educational requirements per country-specific regulations
- Educated to degree level is preferable with experience in at least one of the following: Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering Service and maintenance of medical equipment
- Previous experience of maintenance and repair of medical equipment
- Full Driver's license
- Experience in a technical/engineering role, ideally in the hospital/medical environment
