About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts in Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, introducing our innovative technologies, and maintaining a strong network of clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell our complete water treatment plants, waste-to-energy, and biogas utilization installations in the assigned region.
  • Travel frequently to identify opportunities and introduce our technologies to prospects and clients.
  • Maintain and develop our network of existing clients, governments, engineering agencies, and local advisors.
  • Communicate effectively with our sales and engineering team to deliver tailored solutions to clients' requirements.
Requirements
  • Technical bachelor education.
  • Multiple years of sales experience in the industry, preferably in wastewater, biogas, or energy.
  • Experience with long sales projects and complex DMUs.
  • Recognizable network in the food industry.
  • Affinity with the food, beverage, starch, distilleries, palm oil, paper, and pulp industries, as well as existing contact networks.
  • Frequent traveling (35% of the time).
