About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Service Coordinator - Ocean Export to join our team at BDP International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing customer orders in accordance with their requirements and procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Contacting customers for instructions and reminders
  • Processing agent and early warning messages
  • Communicating information to customers and partners
  • Handling anomalies and disputes
  • Proposing corrective and preventive measures
  • Coordinating with warehouses and subcontractors
  • Informing and advising customers on international movement formalities
  • Maintaining quality of service center services
  • Creating SOPs to support offshoring processes
  • Troubleshooting to find suitable solutions for customers

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations/regulations/documentation or a degree in Logistics
  • Professional degree from a licensed educational institution specialized in Logistics and Forwarding (preferable)
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and/or other market-leading software applications
  • Good communication skills in English
