Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control production shift execution to achieve targets and respect standards.
  • Supervise and control production shift activities.
  • Assign resources at the beginning of the shift and set up teams.
  • Ensure smooth handover with the following shift.
  • Manage dedicated resources to ensure production targets are met.
  • Stop production due to lack of capability to respect production standards or health and safety risks.
  • Ensure consolidation and respect of HOPS standard.
  • Execute audits on standard respect and identify improvement areas.
  • Provide training sessions as HOPS trainer - Ensure KPIs publishing on team/group info boards.
  • Organize and promote regular meetings for structural problem solving and continuous improvement process at group level.
  • Manage, plan and control absenteeism, vacation, overtime, reward, and recognition process for the people within the area - Identify, create, and develop together with HR individual training plan for engineers and specialists.
  • Responsible for the management of the wet application enamel preparation plants, the wet and powder enamelling plants, the painting plants and the screen printing department.
  • Oversees all production activities from the entry of the sheet metal to the storage of the semi-finished product.
  • Checks that the equipment, systems and means intended for handling are used as prescribed and collaborates with maintenance for good maintenance, directly carrying out part of the maintenance.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience, preferably in the white goods or related industry.
  • Fluent English knowledge.
  • Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • SAP Knowledge.
  • Leadership and team management skills, budget management and organizational abilities.
  • Relevant technical knowledge and experience, expertise in product development and improvement, staying updated with new Technologies.
  • Good Communication and presentation skills, teamwork skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Advanced knowledge in project management and business planning skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for professional development and continuous learning.
