Customer Experience Specialist

At Amanresorts International Pte Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized shopping experiences, showcasing our luxurious offerings, and ensuring our boutique reflects the resort's unique luxury aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-class, personalized shopping experiences for guests, providing expert product knowledge and showcasing luxurious offerings.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining the overall ambiance of the boutique.
  • Stay well-versed in our clothing, accessories, and skincare lines, helping customers find the perfect pieces that meet their needs.
  • Support the achievement of sales goals by maximizing opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, while offering tailored recommendations to each guest.
  • Collect and report on customer feedback to continuously enhance the shopping experience and improve our offerings.
  • Work closely with the resort team, visual merchandiser, and corporate office to ensure seamless operations and alignment with brand standards.
