Business Development Manager in Project Logistics

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Italian market, focusing on project logistics sales.
  • Develop and maintain a meeting plan with clients to establish strong relationships.
  • Attract new clients, retain existing ones, and grow the client base.
  • Cultivate contracts, negotiate payment terms, and monitor contract updates.
  • Utilize the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.

Skill Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project logistics sales.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry and project logistics transportation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work both individually and in a team.
