Nutreco, a leader in the field of sustainable food production, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join its team as a Global Supply Chain Trainee.
This 18-month program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Nutreco's end-to-end supply chain processes, including interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas. The trainee will gain industry-specific knowledge, leverage the experience of experts in various locations and Opcos, and develop their personal network in a collaborative environment.
Program Structure- First six months: On-the-job experience at the home location, gaining knowledge of key supply chain processes, systems, goods, services, and dataflows.
- Succeeding months: Rotations in international plants and locations, focusing on gaining additional perspectives and learning about day-to-day operational and strategic challenges.
- Academy weeks: Job-specific learning and personal development through Skills Development Academy weeks.
The Global Supply Chain Trainee will work as part of the Supply Chain team, contributing to global projects, operational business tasks, and attending training courses. This combination of on-the-job experience, projects, training, and international exposure will equip the trainee with excellent skills and provide a solid foundation for their career.
Eligibility CriteriaTo be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have completed their Master's program before October 1st, 2024, be willing to undertake regional/international assignments, embody collaboration, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
