Job Summary

As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for supporting and developing the store team, while also contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and profit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
  2. Implement individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance
  3. Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team
  4. Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota
  5. Assist with the customer journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first
  6. Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge

Requirements:

  1. Possess a strong passion for the brand and living our values
  2. Have strong customer service skills and experience in efficiently managing a team
  3. Have a good track record of developing and growing your team
  4. Have experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail as well as a good understanding of store operations
