**About Us**

**The Role**

The Senior Scientist (in Drug Discovery) is part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for evaluating new technological opportunities and executing research projects. Key responsibilities include scouting and evaluating novel opportunities, conducting landscape and SWOT analysis, drafting project proposals including budgeting, supervising projects, meeting management, and reporting. Literature review, scientific article writing, participation in conferences, and interaction with internal stakeholders and external partners are also essential tasks.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior scientist, post-doc, or similar role
  • Strong expertise in inorganic and organic chemistry, track record in medicinal chemistry, drug discovery and development, preclinical evaluation of new drugs
  • PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a closely related field
  • Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)

**What We're Looking For**

We seek highly organized and detail-oriented individuals with excellent time management skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management tools, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
