Floor Manager

Job Summary

Jd Sports Fashion is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Ensure the store is opened and closed efficiently, including setting up and breaking down displays, processing stock, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, including receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Loss Prevention: Identify and report any potential security risks, and work with the Loss Prevention team to implement measures to prevent theft and loss.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, including maintaining displays, rotating stock, and implementing visual merchandising plans.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers.
• Inventory Management Skills: Strong inventory management skills, with the ability to manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Loss Prevention Skills: Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures, with the ability to identify and report potential security risks.
• Visual Merchandising Skills: Strong visual merchandising skills, with the ability to create visually appealing displays and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
