Company Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Maranello, Italy. As a key member of our Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand's values and goals.

Estimated Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee consistency across all Ferrari social media channels, enhancing the brand's identity and storytelling across platforms.
  • Oversee the management and evolution of Ferrari's social media presence, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Main Tasks:

  1. Build and execute social media strategies through collaboration with partner agencies, social media platforms, and internal teams.
  2. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and outcomes, applying insights to enhance our online presence.
  3. Develop and lead strategic relationships with content creators and external partners.
  4. Identify opportunities to create shared content flows that engage Ferrari fans while respecting each soul's unique character.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize content distribution and react promptly to negative performance.
  6. Keep abreast of competitors' social media activities.

Sailing Project Focus:

  1. Set up and optimize project pages within each platform to increase visibility of company content.
  2. Lead creative definition and production of hero content, coordinating on-site or off-site brand events.
  3. Address, review, and validate assets to populate editorial plans.
  4. Create editorial calendars and optimize schedules.
  5. Analyze social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, acting on information to improve performance.
  6. Collaborate with other social teams to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
  • At least 7 years of experience in social media marketing or a digital media/producer role.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
  • Good understanding of major marketing channels and online marketing principles.
  • Luxury and/or racing/automotive/sailing connoisseurship.
