Job Title: Legal Specialist

MBDA Italia is seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide specialist legal advice and negotiation value for non-domestic commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy legal Terms and Conditions in participating and contributing to multifunctional/multijurisdictional teams.
  • Execute the legal strategy when supporting internal Senior Legal responsible and interfacing with Strategic and Business Development and the Export team.
  • Provide legal advice for legal matters arising out of commercial activities.
  • Advising internal Senior Legal responsible and internal clients on Company guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Identifying critical issues and supporting Senior Legal Responsible on major and high-risk exposure projects.
Requirements:
  • Law Degree (laurea magistrale) and Italian Bar qualified.
  • LLM or MBA will be considered a plus.
  • Minimum 4+ years post-qualification experience as a legal counsel, ideally with a combination of international law firm experience and in-house role in international high-tech companies.
  • Proficiency in multiple areas of law, including international commercial, anti-trust, product liability, IP, export control laws, and familiarity with civil and common law systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Defense and/or Aviation, Innovation Technology industries is a plus.
