About the Role

We are seeking a talented Controlling Specialist to join our team at Ferrero. As a key member of our Controlling Team, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the performance of our brands and categories.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct monthly analysis of brand and category performance, including top-line and profitability metrics.
  2. Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth in brand and category profitability.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to evaluate new business opportunities, including pricing strategies, new product launches, and packaging variations.
  4. Develop and manage economic budgets and forecasts for brands and categories.
  5. Support the company's commercial controlling functions in the closure and planning process.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive attitude and high level of autonomy in driving deliverables to execution.
  • Successful completion of Business Management studies.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SAP and HFM/Essebase experience.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English.
