About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at PVH Corp. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with neighboring businesses to drive go-to-market initiatives
  • Develop and oversee the professional growth of store personnel
  • Manage performance evaluations and propose development plans
  • Qualify the Area Manager on Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and role requirements
  • Oversee workforce planning and coordinate store priorities
  • Analyze business performance using data from Business Analyst and identify actions to improve Sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • University Degree in Economics or related studies
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within a structured environment
  • Highly developed business acumen
  • Ability to take a 'big picture' view of a situation
  • Good communication and collaboration skills and abilities
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized in work
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines
  • High level in local language and in oral as well as written English communication
