The Università Di Trento is seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join the NeuroEpigenetics laboratory at the Department of Cellular, Computational and Integrative Biology (CIBIO).
This is a full-time on-site position that will involve conducting bioinformatic analyses, focusing on gene-expression, alternative splicing, and back-splicing (circRNAs) detection and quantification. The successful candidate will be part of a research team studying the molecular convergence in Autism Spectrum Disorders, assessing the impact of Loss-of-Function mutations in the most highly replicated risk factors on transcription, neuronal linear, and back-splicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, collect, and analyze data
