KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support our Pattern Making & Prototyping & Sample Production Department in Trebaseleghe (PD).

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing timelines and deadlines for the creation of prototypes and samples;
  • Coordinating with departments to ensure the necessary resources and materials are available;
  • Receiving and managing materials for prototypes, samples, and production;
  • Monitoring the progress of work-plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master/Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, or related fields;
  • Proficient English skills;
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point);
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Passionate and proactive approach.
