Envision Your Future Role

We are seeking a motivated, curious, and enterprising candidate to join our Operations HQ in Pederobba, Italy. As an HRBP intern, you will support the HR manager in daily activities to learn and become independent.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Analytics
  • Recruiting and training activities for blue-collar employees according to plant needs
  • CV Screening and maintaining relationships with work agencies
  • Partnership with Plant Business Leaders to guide and develop their organization
