At Alpinestars, we are looking for a skilled Human Resources Administration Specialist to support our HR department in various administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support with hiring documents, employment proposals, and contracts;
- Organize and manage the onboarding process for new employees;
- Collect and process monthly payroll data;
- Maintain relationships with local and foreign payroll vendors and other third parties;
- Support employees with administrative and payroll queries;
- Manage the company welfare portal and ticket restaurant system.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business, law, or labor consulting;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR administration in structured companies;
- Strong customer service, result-oriented, and teamworking skills;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Fluent English (B2/C1) language proficiency;
- Confidentiality, results orientation, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
