At Alpinestars, we are looking for a skilled Human Resources Administration Specialist to support our HR department in various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support with hiring documents, employment proposals, and contracts;
  • Organize and manage the onboarding process for new employees;
  • Collect and process monthly payroll data;
  • Maintain relationships with local and foreign payroll vendors and other third parties;
  • Support employees with administrative and payroll queries;
  • Manage the company welfare portal and ticket restaurant system.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business, law, or labor consulting;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR administration in structured companies;
  • Strong customer service, result-oriented, and teamworking skills;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Fluent English (B2/C1) language proficiency;
  • Confidentiality, results orientation, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

This role is available in Asolo (TV).
