As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues, find solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently manage orders and support delivery processes;
  2. Manage and resolve service claims in a timely and effective manner;
  3. Oversee value-added services and maintain seamless communication with customers;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics with a strong passion for Customer Service;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in moderately structured companies;
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM and SAP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and good language skills;
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal relationships;
