We operate through three distinct business units: HAVI Supply Chain, Stanley, and The Marketing Store, offering innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.
As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues, find solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage orders and support delivery processes;
- Manage and resolve service claims in a timely and effective manner;
- Oversee value-added services and maintain seamless communication with customers;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics with a strong passion for Customer Service;
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in moderately structured companies;
- Excellent knowledge of CRM and SAP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and good language skills;
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal relationships;
