Key Role in HR Operations

The HR Business Partner Operations Specialist will work closely with the HR Country Manager and Local dedicated Functions Management to ensure the effective execution of the People Strategy, including the integration of Joint Ventures, in line with Group one and according to Puratos Italy's business context and future needs.

This key HR contact will provide day-to-day HR guidance to People Managers/Functional Leaders, facilitating the development and implementation of human capital management practices, ensuring support in productivity increase and continuous improvement of performance and talent management practices.

In collaboration with the HR Country Manager, the HR Business Partner Operations Specialist will anticipate the changing landscape, detect new trends and market needs in dedicated Functions, from an HR point of view, and help People Managers/Functional Leaders prepare teams according to them and Puratos Italy's future evolution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implementation of effective HR processes and practices, aligned with business objectives and Group & Local People strategy, within key People strategic pillars: organization, talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, communication, legal HR – including disciplinary matters - and compliance.
  • Building strong relationships with Management and Employees to spread Puratos values and culture within the organization, acting as HR key point of reference.
  • Through specific and value-added tools, processes and coaching approach, support to People Managers/Functional Leaders in the implementation of both small and/or complex reorganization and integration projects.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in HR Generalist roles (including Employee & Industrial relationships management) of B2B or B2C multinational company, with local production and focus on Operations/Production/Supply Chain/Finance.
  • Experience of working as part of a team that has delivered significant change/innovation/continuous improvement/reorganization projects.
