We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely issue resolution, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and invoicing processes.
- Maximizing sales by proactively providing customers with product information, pricing, and lead times.
- Coordinating shipments and resolving any logistics-related issues.
