**Job Overview**

We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team in Northern Italy. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director Italy and supervise the sales force in the assigned area. Key responsibilities include achieving sales objectives, developing the customer platform, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a coherent approach to business.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales objectives and developing the customer platform through planning and management of commercial activities.
  • Developing growth through key products, introducing new products, and customizing activities based on customer needs.
  • Maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating agreements, and identifying potential customers.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team to ensure a coherent approach to business and supporting the implementation of global commercial projects.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in technical or commercial disciplines; a degree in Engineering is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Relevant experience in commercial and marketing roles with proven ability to consistently achieve objectives.
  • Excellent commercial and marketing skills, good knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Strong orientation towards teamwork, autonomy, and positivity.
  • Excellent collaboration skills at both an operational and strategic level.

**Estimated Salary**

Ranging from €80,000 to €120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
