Elettrico Macchinista

Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a skilled Manutentore Elettrico Macchine Automatiche for a large and stable metalworking company in Zola Predosa, Bologna.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical-mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 3 years of experience as a Manutentore on automatic and semi-automatic machines and production and packaging plants.

The candidate should have experience in ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on Automatic Machines, and have good manual skills and knowledge of measurement and working tools (e.g. manual lathes).

The specific requirements are:

• Recognize faults on automatic machines in production, intervene directly in case of fault, identifying solutions with minimal impact on production continuity.
• Perform repair, maintenance, and electrical/mechanical ordinary or extraordinary work, based on schemes or drawings, procedures, or operational instructions.
• Clean technical machines and perform dismounting/mounting.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in intervention on complex automatic machines and automated packaging systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical schemes.
• Use of lathes or welding machines for small piece working in the workshop.
• PAV/PEL certification.
• Knowledge of LOTO procedures.
• Knowledge of programming language (Siemens 5 or similar).
• Ability to promote improvements to reduce costs, improve efficiency, or seize opportunities.
• Curiosity in learning new skills in automation.
• Ability to manage interventions on multiple lines.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to search for faults.
• Relational skills and proactivity.
• Availability to work on 3 shifts, from Monday to Friday.

The contract is for an indefinite period, with a salary to be determined based on experience.
