Job Description:We are seeking a talented Technical Analyst to join our R&D team in Milano Bicocca. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for documenting our projects, including web portals and web applications for the management of media contents, and CDN side configuration.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the design of software applications dedicated for video streaming by collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Be responsible for the clarity and completeness of the documentation.
- Propose, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to maximize the efficiency of documentation.
- Deliver and maintain documentation for stakeholders, developers, and customers.
- Passion for the Product: A professional attitude towards software craftsmanship, including writing state-of-the-art documentation.
- Proactivity: You are confident enough to ask, collect information, and organize them independently while working with a group of international peers.

- Knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Visio, Word).

- Proficiency in technical English.
- Knowledge of the mechanics underlying the software development cycle.
- High communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: C#, C, C++, Java.
- Basic knowledge of ISPs Technology.
- Knowledge of the tools for the collection of requirements.
- Knowledge of the formalization methodologies of the requirements (Agile, Use Case).
