As a Director of Sales and Growth for Italy, you will be responsible for maximizing, motivating, and inspiring a team to deliver an amazing Sonder guest experience. Our Sonder locations are distributed across a city in different shapes, sizes, ages, and styles, and we pride ourselves on offering a hotel-like service.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have experience successfully driving sales, and nurturing existing clients, in a growing service-based organization. Local or regional experience in the Italy market is a must.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to drive performance as well as streamline marketing to ensure consistent messaging and call to action to improve sales performance.
