About the Role

The Associate Admissions Director, Recruitment is a pivotal member of the admissions team at Presentation High School. This role involves collaborating across all aspects of the enrollment management process to provide support in the recruiting and enrollment of mission-aligned students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide prospective families through the admissions process, from inquiry to matriculation.
  • Represent the school to prospective students, families, educational consultants, and other constituencies.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of key recruitment events, including local high school fairs.
  • Manage the prospective student shadow program and recruitment of Presentation student and parent ambassadors.
  • Lead and manage on-campus tours for prospective families.
  • Facilitate the strategic use of personalized mailings, emails, phone calls, and texts from Presentation ambassadors.
  • Contribute to the mission and standards of the school by recruiting and retaining students who will benefit from the school's unique culture and program.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Admission and Communications team to develop and implement the admission, marketing, and communication plan.
  • Support the Director of Admissions in developing and maintaining effective communications through hard-copy collateral, the website, newsletters, emails, and social media.
  • Serve as a member of the applicant review committee, reading, evaluating, and rendering recommendations for admission.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or sales, or commensurate experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in an external-facing, people-oriented role, in a school setting preferred.
  • Experience working with high school students, Spanish proficiency a plus.

  • Commitment to advancing the current strategic plan, including operations, programs, and budget.
Work Environment

The Associate Admissions Director, Recruitment will work in a typical office environment, mostly indoor, with windows. Time will be spent throughout the campus giving tours and holding events.
