Job Purpose

The role is accountable for ensuring the successful deployment of the Continuous Improvement Program, supporting the identification and implementation of specific site projects in accordance with the centrally designed Continuous Improvement model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Process Improvement, Plant Director, and plant project teams to continuously identify new areas of improvement within the Plant, aiming to increase overall operations performance in terms of quality, environmental sustainability, safety results, output net increase, cost reduction, and avoidance of capex investments or increase in MAPE performance.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams involved in projects, develop and train employees on CI methodology and tools, and actively collaborate to ensure the diffusion of specific skills, competences, and knowledge within the Company.
  • Identify significant data related to industrial performance, promote systematization and collection, and execute benchmark activities to identify best practices and define internal improvement actions.
  • Contribute to the creation and management of the continuous improvement dashboard to be reported to the steering committee.
  • Facilitate the development of functional areas, supporting the organization of communication and training activities, and facilitate the knowledge diffusion of necessary IT tools according to plant necessities and consistently with the MIB project guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Master of Science or equivalent degree in Engineering.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity, and engagement.
  • Team orientation and good relational skills.
