We're seeking a Senior Electric Propulsion Engineer to join our team in Italy. In this key role, you'll be part of the Propulsion Engineering team, focused on designing high-performance propulsion systems for a new GEO satellite bus.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical expertise and consultancy in electric propulsion to project teams responsible for spacecraft development.
  • Leading the design and development of propulsion subsystems utilizing Hall thruster-based propulsion technology and its critical components.
  • Developing and validating models for system design.
  • Identifying critical development challenges and assisting in their resolution.
  • Overseeing the verification and integration of propulsion subsystems.
  • Supporting iterations and reviews with suppliers.
