**Job Role:** Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Giorgio Armani S.p.A., you will be an integral part of our team in Milan. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client has an unforgettable experience when visiting our Emporio Armani store.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  2. Provide expert knowledge of our products, making recommendations to clients
  3. Ensure that clients have an exceptional shopping experience, from initial contact to checkout
  4. Meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the store
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion and luxury industry
  • Higher education diploma and/or degree
  • Fluent knowledge of Arabic and Italian
  • Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit
