Job Title: Digital Equipment Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Equipment Sales Manager to join our team at Straumann Group. As a Digital Equipment Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our digital equipment, including imaging systems, CAD/CAM technology, and other digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our digital equipment and technology solutions, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and engage with dental professionals, clinics, and laboratories to build strong relationships and understand their digital equipment needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to tailor digital equipment packages that meet their specific requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiation, pricing, and contract finalization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and results to the Head of Sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and attend training sessions to remain current on digital equipment advancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or dental related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the dental or medical equipment industry.
  • Strong digital affinity and understanding of digital dental equipment, imaging systems, and CAD/CAM technology.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% for customer visits and industry events.
