We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Execution Specialist to join our team at Sidel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of capital projects from order intake to project closing, ensuring deliverables are met at the expected cost and to stakeholders' satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Project Execution: Accountable for S-Q-C-D project deliverables, ensuring health and safety standards are met, quality deliverables are achieved, costs are controlled, and projects are completed within schedule timelines.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk assessment and response plans for critical projects, driving risk management and mitigation.
- Team Management: Manage, support, and coach the assigned team, driving competence development and utilization, and eliminating roadblocks.
- Scope Management: Support the team in managing scope changes without affecting baselined objectives and benefits, resolving conflicts.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular and timely reporting to stakeholders, driving technical issue escalation follow-up calls with Global Product Support.
- Project Systems: Monitor and ensure all Sidel project systems are regularly updated, including SAP milestones, AMP, SPOT, contact center, and PM tools.
- Education and Languages: Master's degree or equivalent, PMI certification a plus, fluency in English a must, knowledge of Spanish a plus.
- Experience and Skills: 5 years' experience in project management of capital projects, experience in the beverage industry a plus, knowledge of Sidel portfolio and systems design a plus, knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges, knowledge of project financials, able to travel up to 40%.
Permanent position in Italy, location in Parma.
