Job Description
Elevate the Customer Experience with a Bespoke Approach
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Bespoke Customer Service Specialist. This role will involve providing personalized service to clients, ensuring their specific needs are met with precision.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role, preferably in the paper industry or a manufacturing environment. They will be able to interact and communicate effectively with different stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a strong attention to detail.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Understanding customers' specific needs and requirements, offering tailored advice on product selections
- Assisting in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and orders tailored to bespoke customer specifications
- Processing and tracking orders through the entire production cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Cordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure that custom orders meet quality standards and delivery timelines
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback in the CRM system
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role
- A high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in Italian and English
