About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Utilities Engineer to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our facilities and utilities systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilities Management: Oversee the management of utilities systems, including steam generation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Equipment Performance and Reliability: Ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and systems, including preventive maintenance and root cause investigations.
  • Projects and Capital Management: Manage expansion and improvement projects, including drafting of change requests, risk assessments, and project documentation.
  • EHS and Sustainability: Maintain safe, compliant, and efficient operations of clean and black utilities at Takeda Rieti Facility.
  • Capital Management: Accountable for management of site utilities budget, utilizing a balance of in-house and contract labor.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field, mechanical or electrical preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing utilities and energy management/sustainability programs preferred.
