Job Title: Corporate IT Analyst - Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate IT Analyst to join our project team. As a Corporate IT Analyst, you will be responsible for redefining HR processes, configuring systems, collecting and validating data, defining and developing reports, and providing training and assistance to internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the collection of business requirements and manage project documentation;
  • Implement IT solutions to support HR processes, mainly on Oracle HCM, Cloud, and Zucchetti Infinity;
  • Support the team in system configurations, approval of deliverables, and testing phases;
  • Verify compliance with business requirements of the proposed/implemented solution;
  • Contribute to the preparation of training materials, training activities, and user support within the team;
  • Support in KPI definition activities and creation of HR reporting models for the Corporate, as well as monitoring activities of the results achieved in terms of costs/benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics;
  • Knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
  • Office Package;
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM is appreciated.

  • Organization and method.

The internship will last 6 months and will take place at our Head Quarter in Cesena. We will provide a reimbursement of expenses and canteen vouchers.
