Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus relocation assistance and visa sponsorship where applicable.

Job Description

In this exciting role as a Branding and Event Strategist, you will play a crucial part in driving our overall brand strategy, content creation, lobbying efforts, and event execution. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing engaging content across various platforms to communicate our mission and engage key audiences
  • Crafting the company's brand message while supporting recruitment and lobbying efforts
  • Managing a content calendar, producing multimedia content for social media, and collaborating with HR to showcase company culture and values for recruitment
  • Developing creative advocacy materials to support our goals before the European Ministerial Conference in 2025
  • Creating written and visual content to support the company's overall brand narrative
  • Leading the strategy and budget for events and marketing across the company, including oversight over events & marketing strategy & budget, execution of industry, lobbying, and employer branding events, and identifying new ways to promote the TEC brand & mission
  • Nurturing the overall TEC community through events, communication, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
  • Crafting press releases and media kits, engaging with journalists, and managing media requests to maximize brand exposure

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in branding, content creation, and event management, preferably in the space industry
  • Social media expertise, including proven experience managing social media platforms and driving engagement
  • Employer branding experience, including creating content to support recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Lobbying content experience, including developing materials for advocacy and governmental engagement
  • Creativity and vision, with a keen ability to own a project efficiently from end-to-end and manage team members and stakeholders seamlessly
  • Very strong communication skills in English, and preference for strong communication skills in French, German, Italian, or other European languages
