We are seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager on a Permanent basis to enhance our team.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the entire Project Execution and Execution Readiness phases, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to final acceptance and handover to Service. This role is crucial in guiding the team towards achieving project KPIs and fulfilling contractual obligations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Project Manager will take charge of the entire Project Execution and Execution Readiness phases, managing, coordinating, and leading the project team to ensure a successful wind farm installation while adhering to budget, quality, and timeline constraints. Act as the primary liaison for the project, facilitating communication between all departments involved. This includes alignment with Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational departments. Oversee the financial aspects of the project, conducting risk analyses and implementing necessary mitigation strategies proactively. Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining safety standards for the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Manage institutional relationships and engage in commercial and contractual discussions with key stakeholders related to project management and execution. Serve as the first point of contact for all parties involved in the project, including customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Handle claim management processes, including orders, monthly invoicing, and cash collection. Represent the organization to clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Set up and maintain project management tools, ensuring regular on-site visits. Monitor and report on performance indicators as defined by the project management department.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in operational project execution and construction management for complex technical projects, preferably in the wind energy sector or similar industries. Proven experience managing multi-million EUR contracts with a strong focus on commercial and financial aspects. A technical background with a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering.
