Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of regulatory compliance concerning occupational health and safety.
  • Assist in updating the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and conducting inspections to verify work environments.
  • Support the management of chemical substances, carcinogens, and biological agents.
  • Prepare Unified Interfering Risk Assessment Documents (DUVRI) and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Monitor staff health wellness deadlines and organization of medical examinations in collaboration with the Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) and Occupational Health Doctor.
  • Manage deliveries and monitor deadlines of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct operational audits in workspaces to identify potential risks and propose corrective actions.
  • Support the organization of training and information programs for employees.
  • Support incident analysis and corrective action management.
  • Manage help desk services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering/Safety or Diploma in Prevention Technician.
  • Knowledge of CAD.
  • Knowledge of the English language (B1/B2 level).
  • Good command of the Office package, particularly Excel.
  • Training qualifications for ASPP (Modules A, B).
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 certifications preferred.
