Amazon is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Technician to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our Fulfillment Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and training to associates and managers on Amazon's safety procedures and legal requirements
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root cause and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the site Health and Safety Manager to develop and implement safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of EHS legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including Peak periods
  • Proficiency in Gensuite EHS application tool
