We are currently seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Retail Ambassador for our Dolce & Gabbana Outlet in Leccio, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products while providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

In this dynamic position, you will serve as the face of Dolce & Gabbana, embodying the luxury brand's values and vision. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Promoting Products: Identify international customers' needs and promote relevant products to meet those needs.
  • Delivering Excellent Customer Service: Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintaining Store Standards: Adhere to company guidelines to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation in the store.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicate product knowledge and features to customers, showcasing your passion for the brand.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in English: Strong proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, with additional languages considered an asset.
  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail is required.
  • Self-Motivation and Positive Attitude: Demonstrate self-motivation, a positive attitude, and professional selling techniques.
  • Customer Focus: Showcase strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

What We Offer:

As a Dolce & Gabbana Retail Ambassador, you can expect a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience, ranging from €45,000 to €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and performance.
