Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Import Operations Team as a Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the import operations process and ensuring that all client requests and needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Import operations: You will be responsible for coordinating and executing import operations, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Client communication: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process improvement: You will work closely with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Proficiency in English and Italian languages
