Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead project meetings to monitor progress and collaborate on solving problems
  • Assist in completing handover plans, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time
  • Review proposed variations and delays in works
  • Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with clients to improve and revise them
  • Attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems, and communicate impacts to partners
  • Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams on snagging activities, including schedule and partner engagement
  • Implement project procedures and ensure they're always observed
  • Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them effectively
  • Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices

We're looking for someone with:

Key Requirements:

  • Project management experience
  • A project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one
  • A degree or comparable experience in project management, engineering, quantity surveying, or similar construction-related disciplines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • A passion for managing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
