Logistics Coordinator

At Prada Group, we are seeking a skilled Logistic Specialist to join our team. This role is a key part of our logistics operations, responsible for managing the delivery of finished products to retail, outlet, and wholesale stores worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of finished products from central warehouses to stores, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
• Collaborate with Finished Product Warehouses, HQ Logistics, local Logistics, and HQ Retail to agree on and confirm delivery timings.
• Monitor and resolve operating and customs issues related to import/export activities.
• Analyze shipping methods to optimize transport lead times and costs.
• Verify the correct enforcement of transportation fares and guarantee the accuracy of supporting documents.
• Manage reports on delivery lead times and service levels provided by freight forwarders and customs brokers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Proficiency in office software, particularly SAP.
• Proactive, curious, and team-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
