Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PM Shift Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of production aims in accordance with the company's policies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Guarantee safety, product quality, and productive efficiency through efficient guidance of personnel, coordination with other departments, and effective technical support.
  • Supervise compliance with internal safety provisions and procedures.
  • Ensure prompt reaction to production problems and coordinate available resources effectively.
  • Support the Production Manager in operator training activities.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance area to ensure optimal productive efficiency.
  • Promote a safety-bound corporate culture and team culture.

Requirements

  • Technical High School Diploma or Engineering Bachelor degree.
  • Availability to work on shifts.
  • People and Projects Management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good English knowledge.
