Software Support Consultant Job Description

GRS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company specializing in Software Development to hire a Software Support Consultant for their team in Nicosia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to local and international clients via phone or email.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting for common issues and escalate complex problems to internal or external resources.
  • Identify and address urgent situations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage the helpdesk ticketing system and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Offer training to users and ensure complete issue resolution.
Candidate Profile:
  • University degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in software consulting or development is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  • High computer literacy and excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to technical support.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise business processes.
